Crisis Text Line is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in New York.

Our mantra: transparency, transparency, transparency.

Less than 10% of total income is spent on overhead (2018). This ensures that donations are spent directly on programs--making sure we maximize efforts reaching texters.

In 2018, we conducted more than 1 million conversations with texters in crisis. On cash costs, this equates to $12 per texter. We need your support to reach users in need of our service.
